Reporting Manager evaluates the employee

Performance reviews are a collaborative process involving both self-assessment and evaluation by your reporting manager.

Go to the Performance Review section and click on ‘Team’s Performance.’ This will take you to the Team Performance page, where you can view the active performance reviews.

On the Team Performance page, you’ll see the following details for each review:

  • Review name
  • Review period
  • Count of participants
  • Status of the reviews

Click on the View icon to have a detailed view of your performance evaluation.

On the Self-Review page, you can view:

  • The list of questions you need to answer.
  • The name of your reviewer(s).
  • Ratings associated with the evaluation
