The Administrators can track the key user and system actions for audit and future reporting needs. You can track the key actions of only the users belonging to the department and sub-department you manage.

Each log entry should capture important details like:

• Who performed the action
• Role of the person who performed the action
• What action happened
• What it affected
• When it happened
